Payment plans and other financial assistance:

At Revolution Animal Behaviour, we believe that everyone should have access to evidence-informed and humane animal training services. With this in mind, we are happy to offer the following:

(a) Up to one spot in selected group classes at a reduced fee (reduced up to 50%).
(b) Financial accommodation on a case-by-case basis for behaviour modification programs.
(c) Payment plan options.

Our training and behavior services are priced to reflect the true cost of the service. If you are able to pay full price, please do- this is how we can ensure that reduced fees, other accommodations, and payment plan options are available to those that need them.

Refunds, registration, and make up class policies:

Full refunds are offered for classes where registration is cancelled at least 5 business days prior to class start date or if the class is cancelled by the instructor.
Partial refunds are available if we deem a class/program unsuitable for your animal up to the halfway point of a class/program.
Registration in a class/program is not confirmed unless payment (or pre-arranged plan) is made prior to class start date.
Make up sessions for classes consist of a place in a subsequent class for the class session missed. Alternatively, a one-one session for an additional fee (at the discretion of the instruction) to cover class materials only can be requested. It is the responsibility of the class/program participant to arrange make up sessions.
Make up sessions are only available up to 8 weeks following the missed session.
